HAPPY—Feeling, showing, or expressing joy; pleased.

THANKS—”Got no checkbooks, got no banks, still I’d like to express my THANKS. I got the sun in the morning and the moon at night.”

When is it MURDER?

UnknownWhen you kill ONE person, its murder.  When you kill hundreds with TRUMPETS blaring, its heroism and bravery.

After French President Hollande finished speaking, the Parliament rose to sing the “Marseillaise.” At the lines “Against us, tyranny! The bloody standard is raised!”

Grab your weapons, citizens!
Form your batallions!
Let us march! Let us march!
May impure blood
Water our fields!

“What obsession do men have for destruction and murder? Who do we electrocute men for murdering an individual and then pin a purple heart on them for mass slaughter of someone arbitrarily labeled ‘enemy?”
― Sylvia Plath

Who is your Familiar?

People who love and care for animals refer to these special beings as “familiars”.

One of WhyGirl’s familiars is the Hummingbird.

Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time, carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration.  The hummingbird’s delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life’s sweetest creation.

Paris Grieves AGAIN

Our hearts go out to the people of Paris.  We grieve with them.

Friday, November 13—HORROR strikes again.  Worst attacks in France since World War II and among one of the most deadly terrorist strikes on Western soil since Sept. 11, 2001.

Says Pope Francis, “Left behind in Paris were the latest scars from the ‘piecemeal Third World War.'”

The Islamic State takes credit.  But did they really do it or as in times passed taken credit to leverage their reign of terror?
